Griffith Law Firm has served Duncanville families since 1957, when Tommy Griffith opened his law office in town. His family had moved to Duncanville when it had only 200 residents, and today it’s home to nearly 40,000. In 1960, he and his father built the building on North Main Street, which is still a staple of downtown and where we practice today.
For nearly seventy years, Tommy guided families through estate planning and probate with honesty and care. We’re proud to carry on that work as a family firm. As you and your loved ones age, we’ll be your personal advocates, explaining your options in plain language and treating you like a neighbor.
We focus on estate planning, wills, probate, and elder law for seniors and families of all ages. Our home office remains in Duncanville, and we’re expanding to serve Tyler, Athens, and the surrounding East Texas counties.
